Policies

Deposit Policy

All clients are required to leave a card on file used for a non-refundable deposit for all appointments. The deposit will be applied to the service and the remainder of service price is due at the time of the service. The deposit is 50% of service price. If multiple services are booked, the deposit will be 50% of each service

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. Clients are free to reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to their appointment time. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled service. Clients may cancel their appointment up to 48 hours before their appointment time and their deposit will be refunded. Clients who do not cancel appointments within the 48 hour window will lose their deposit. This protects the time of our practitioners and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.  By booking an appointment, clients agree to this policy.

Late Policy

Things happen and sometimes being on time is virtually impossible. If you know you will be late, a text is greatly appreciated, though not required, and please don’t text and drive as your safety is the most important thing. I allow a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled, in which case you will lose your deposit and will need to reschedule at your convenience. 

Nail Art


When booking an appointment, please ensure that you have also booked time for nail art. Most services include a one color gel polish application (this includes glitter polishes and other specialty polishes that may incur an upcharge). Additional time should be booked for accent nails, glitter encapsulation, ombre, chrome, french tips, etc. If a client does not book time for nail art then there likely may not be time to include it, however every effort will be made to accommodate their requests without going over their allotted appointment time. If a client books time for nail art but decides against it at their appointment they will lose the deposit paid for the nail art.
